Casa Zilin is a stunning architectural gem nestled in the serene Cuatro Cuatros development. Blending beautifully with the Baja landscape, it offers privacy and a truly unique stay. The hosts were excellent in their communication, both before and during our stay. The property itself, with its well-thought-out use of materials, was a pleasure to experience. The proximity to Valle de Guadalupe is also a huge plus. However, our check-in experience could have been smoother. Security was not informed of our arrival, leading to delays, and the cleaning staff was on-site for nearly an hour after our check-in time. The local rep who was supposed to meet us with the keys arrived 3-4 hours late. Additionally, while the home is beautiful, it lacks basic creature comforts expected at this price point. The lack of fans or AC made the nights uncomfortably warm, and we ended up sleeping on the downstairs couch for cooler air. Despite these issues, Casa Zilin would be perfect in cooler weather.
