Perched dramatically on the cliffs of Pedregal, Casa Acantilado is a 5-bedroom luxury villa designed for privacy, ocean views, and effortless downtime — and still just a quick 5-minute taxi to downtown Cabo, the IGY Marina, nightlife, dining and shops.

Four of the five bedrooms offer private terraces, sweeping views and ensuite baths. The fifth bedroom enjoys an ocean view with a detached bath and shared patio. Bedrooms have been intentionally separated from the main living area for maximum privacy. The main room opens to the ocean with a full kitchen, breakfast bar and seamless indoor/outdoor living.

Cliffside, the outdoor area is the heart of the home — with multiple lounging zones, a heated pool wrapping the terrace, a cliff-edge hot tub, private gym equipment, and an oceanfront sauna. A signature highlight is the firepit carved into the cliffside — the perfect ending to any Cabo evening. Additional outdoor features include a BBQ station, full outdoor kitchen, daybed and four chaise loungers.
