Our stay was perfect! We were lucky to have the place to ourselves and we definitely took advantage of having the compound for just our group. The pool and jacuzzi were a great bonus! The hosts were extremely responsive and the place was clean. Beds and pillows were very comfortable! I would highly recommend!

We arrived three hours after check-in and the house was still being prepared, the pool wasn’t clean and the hot tub wasn’t filled. The home looked poorly maintained: cobwebs in cabinets, bird droppings on indoor furniture, dirty knives with gnats, stained sheets, and even a dirty mattress stored in the kitchen area. Ants and spiders were everywhere. The biggest issue was that there was no running water for the entire first night, meaning 13 guests could not shower, flush toilets, wash hands, or cook until the next morning. The AC in the main house also cut out for hours, and there was a hole in the ground at the pool covered by a rug that one of our guests fell into. We paid nearly $4,000 for two nights and expected basic standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and safety, which were not met. While the host did issue a 50% refund, the overall experience was unacceptable. I cannot recommend this property until it is properly maintained.

It’s a big and pretty place. A lot of sleeping room, and outdoors space. Does need a lot of maintenance, and there’s a lot of ants inside the main house. There’s also a lot of spider webs that could have been cleaned. There is no sauna, and the pool isn’t heated just warms up because of the water from the hot tub. Not as advertised. If it was cleaner, and the outside lounge area was better taken care of, it would be okay for the price. It is pricey for what it is. Host was responsive though.

This was a beautiful place to stay, very centrally located and easy to get to and from! The host was incredibly responsive and very helpful throughout the trip when we had questions about amenities, grocery shopping, and other attractions in the valley. There was an adorable neighborhood dog that hung out with us by the pool, highlight of the stay! I might suggest bringing some extra blankets as it got pretty chilly at night, but other than that, it was a wonderful stay :)

Great location for a large group. The separate bedrooms and bathrooms made it so easy to host 12 people here comfortably. Would definitely book again.

Atika was a breathtakingly beautiful resort. We booked the entire place for a birthday party and it did not disappoint. We spent the days lounging by the pool enjoying the beautiful countryside, and moved to the main house in the evenings for dinner. Very close to many wineries, although once we arrived at Atika we had no reason to leave. The host and property manager were always responsive and even offered to cook for us while we relaxed by the pool. Would highly recommend booking the entire place for larger groups.

The property is beautiful and great for a large group! The kitchen is very basic, no bowls, 2 mugs, no dish rag or paper towels. I requested something to dry dishes and wipe down counters, but nothing was provided. The showers in the bathrooms in the main house had no hot water. The hot tub was cold the entire 4 days we were there . I asked 4 times for it to be heated and got no response. I asked twice for a leak in one of the bathrooms to be fixed- the seal on the toilet was leaking and flowing into the bedroom. There is no sauna as indicated in the listing.
