Though the airbnb mostly was well represented in the photos, the overall upkeep of the property, lack of amenities, and inoperable nature of many amenities and part of the house left me disappointed. There were several places on the property that had bags of trash, trash on the ground, and general lack of maintenance. The larger fire pit for instance was covered in leaves and scattered trash, as well as no firewood as promised. More frustratingly, the stove inside of the unit did not work, as no gas was turned on to the oven. This left us unable to use it. The fire pit on our units deck did not have a propane tank, thus again leaving it unusable. The overall cleanliness of our unit as well as the property was very disappointing. There were several dirty area of the inside of the unit, with spiderwebs, dust, and bugs. There was no soap in the kitchen, leaving us in a tough position to clean dishes. Overall, the property is beautiful but not well maintained enough for the price

Muy buen lugar para desconectarte un rato Nos agradó mucho la tranquilidad del lugar Un punto malo fue que al llegar la residencia no estaba bien limpia, lo que se espera al llegar a la vivienda es encontrar el mayor parecido a las fotos y eso nos faltó además que nunca tuvimos agua caliente en las regaderas ni en el jacuzzi Hubo cosas por mejorar pero igual la tranquilidad y las buenas vistas lo compensan

We have stayed with Baja stays several times before at other properties and have had an amazing experience. This stay was different, the property was dirty, water heater went out, water pressure was very little, stove leaked propane INSIDE the house, door did not have a lock when we arrived, hot tub was warm one day but not the next. When the just was contacted about the issues, some where handled promptly such as the missing lock that was replaced same day. Others such as the oven leak and the hot tub where read and promptly IGNORED until the next day when I messaged them again. Lastly rat poop and black mold in the kitchen was apparent and when I brought it up to the hose they said “this space was not intended for guests to see” so not sure exactly what that means and this is still a health issue. Over all a 2.5 stay big rounded up to 3. Landscaping was pretty and property had a very nice view. Location was nice. I would look for a different place to stay.

Very communicative host and a great location that is central to the town and vineyards. The place itself has nice bones but feels a little thrown together and not as clean as one would hope. If the details were taken care of this place would be a 10. The water pressure in the shower could use some help and some new bedding. The Hot tub only worked one day. The host was great and I would stay here again if they invested to clean it up a bit!

Matched the pictures. Hot tub could've been hotter and jets had to be fixed, but otherwise all was up-to-par.They even provided us with firewood for the firepit. Attentive and helpful.

As we were the only guests there, we were kindly given the large suite with kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. What a treat to have so much space, and the small pool to ourselves! So many restaurants and wineries all around, and waking up to our own little vineyard was really special. Thank you!

This was better than expected. It was in a gorgeous location. It was super clean and the outside vineyard view with lavender, bougainvillea, and rosemary could not have been better! The hot tub and pool water were freezing, but that may be because the hot tub water spills into the pool and you wouldn't want the pool too warm if it was hot out. For the price we thought it was a great value and would repeat the visit.
