Nice stay. The only thing I would complain about is the limitation of trash bags, paper towels, dish soap, and dish scrubs. We also didn’t have a way of turning on the lights outside at night. Other than that everything went by smooth. It is close to a lot of places.Anonymous - Posted: 7/16/2025

Stayed at Raul’s house for five nights the week before Christmas. The house is very roomy and secure. Beds are fairly comfortable and we had no shortage of hot water. The WiFi and SC/heat splits work very well as does the flatscreen. The Kitchen is fairly well equipped and it has a full-sized refrigerator. As others have noted, Cocina de Doña Esthela is just down the hill; maybe a 5 minute walk. Just fabulous food and large portions. And with the house so close it was easy to bring the leftovers home. Doña Esthela is a genuine farm to table restaurant and the farm is right there. So if you’re allergic be aware that the farm is adjacent to the house. Also, as is common all over the valley, the dirt roads are no problem in an SUV, however a regular sedan may be a struggle. I’d absolutely stay there again and Raul was an excellent host.Anonymous - Posted: 12/25/2023
