Welcome to Casablanca de Cabo — a 5-bedroom beachfront villa where crisp contemporary design meets soft sand and warm sea breeze. With over 5,800 sq. ft. of A/C living space and an open concept layout, this home was made for gathering, relaxing and taking in the view.

Set on a quiet stretch of golden sand within an exclusive gated community, you’ll enjoy privacy while still being surrounded by 5-star neighbors offering restaurants and spa options nearby (availability may vary). Just across the highway sits the indoor arena that hosts the ATP Tennis Tournament — a rare perk for the location.

Inside, five suites with ensuite baths are dressed in marble and granite finishes, TVs and in-room safes. Pocket doors in the great room, dining room and primary suite open completely to the Sea of Cortez for instant indoor-outdoor living. A brand-new kitchen (remodeled November 2024) makes cooking — or being cooked for — effortless. Entertainment is dialed in with flat-screens, sound system and plush linens throughout.

Outside, the home transitions into a private resort setting — infinity pool, hot tub, landscaped gardens and direct beach access. The shallow area of the pool is perfect for families with little ones. A shaded palapa, outdoor kitchen with BBQ, poolside shower and fire pit make leaving the house optional.

Your stay includes a personal concierge to pre-stock the home and plan every detail, plus daily butler service (8 hours) and daily housekeeping so you never lift a finger.

We had the best stay, the house and service was all impeccable!

Absolutely Amazing!!

This property is absolutely amazing! The view, the location everything about it! We were a group of 8 celebrating a 50th birthday party and couldn’t believe how great everything was. The personal concierge Gustavo was amazing. He was so responsive and accommodating. Our personal butler Arturo exceeded every expectation! We had the personal chef for lunch and dinner and all the food was so fresh & delicious. Daily housekeeping was great. We all highly recommend this property and all the staff. We cannot wait to come back again soon!
