Villa Serena is a contemporary one-level beachfront villa set within a gated enclave on the Tourist Corridor between San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas. Facing a long stretch of quiet sand with uninterrupted Sea of Cortez views, the home sits beside 5-star neighbors offering access to restaurants and spas (availability may vary) and just minutes from the indoor arena that hosts the ATP Tennis Tournament.

Inside, the villa channels relaxed, modern comfort with open living and dining spaces framing the ocean. A gourmet kitchen with island, breakfast bar and filtered water anchors the social area, while each suite comes with its own en-suite bath and premium linens. The primary suite opens directly to the patio with a spa-style bathroom and ocean backdrop.

Outside, the patio reads like a private beach club — palms, palapa dining and a large heated infinity pool and hot tub on Cantera tile looking over the sand. Steps beyond the terrace lead straight to the beach. A stainless BBQ, wet bar, fire pit with bench seating and multiple lounge zones make days and evenings equally compelling.

Stays include daily butler service, daily housekeeping (except Mexican holidays) and a personal concierge to handle pre-arrival prep and on-site planning.

Amazing house and amenities. Best food ever!
Villa Serena was an Amazing house with great amenities, views and the chef service was the best we’ve ever experienced. Chef Quetza cooked for every meal and we loved every detail and meal that was served!

Best vacation!
The house was ideal for our family vacation. We loved the layout and all of the accommodations. The location is perfect situated right on the beach! The entire staff was AMAZING and the trip wouldn't have been the same without them. Thank you!
