Encuentro Guadalupe is one of those places that doesn’t try too hard because it doesn’t need to. Set into the hills of Valle de Guadalupe, the entire property is built around the landscape, with elevated cabins scattered across the terrain to give you full privacy and uninterrupted views of the valley.

The design leans modern and minimal, but the real focus is the setting. You wake up above the vineyards, spend your day moving between the pool, the property’s wine experiences, and some of the best restaurants in the valley just minutes away, then come back for sunsets that hit differently out here.
